Asurint Announces Brent Sisson as New Chief Financial Officer

September 10, 2018 – CLEVELAND Asurint, award-winning background screening solutions provider, today announced the addition of Brent Sisson as its Chief Financial Officer. Brent will lead Asurint’s overall financial strategy and objectives.

Brent brings more than 25 years of financial experience to Asurint, with deep experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) market where he served in executive management positions at PAYCOR, Inc., a leading HR and payroll technology company, for 17 years during a period when the company grew from less than $10M to over $200M in annual revenue, and from 100 to 1,500 employees.  Recently, he served as CFO & COO for Aegis Protective Services, a business-to-business security provider, where he again led revenue growth and profitability.

Brent is a Certified Public Accountant, a Six Sigma Black Belt and a former officer for the Center for Quality Management. He serves as Finance Director of the Hatmaker Foundation benefitting the Oyler School and is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati. Brent received a dual degree in Accounting and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
